What is Hyrox?
Hyrox is a global fitness competition that blends endurance and functional strength. Athletes run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station - repeating the sequence eight times. Known as the “World Series of Fitness Racing”, Hyrox is designed to be a sport for everybody, from complete beginners to elite athletes.
Who’s it for?
Hyrox is for everyone. Whether you’re new to fitness, building up your endurance, or already competing at a high level, Hyrox training can be adapted to your ability and goals. Even if you don’t plan to compete, our Hyrox classes in Newark are an incredible way to boost fitness, challenge yourself, and train alongside a supportive community.
Newark Hyrox Classes
Join us for Hyrox training classes in Newark, three times per week:
Monday 6am - 6:45am
Tuesday 6pm - 6:45pm
Thursday 6am - 6:45am
Members can book their slots on the Club Right app.
Who’s leading the Hyrox classes?
Our morning classes are led by Hyrox Level 1 coach @jacksimmonscoaching. Jack is a seasoned Hyrox athlete and coach, with 6 races completed and 3 years of Hyrox coaching experience, so you’re in expert hands. Our evening class is led by one of our Newark female personal trainers, Abigail, who is experienced in supporting members to achieve their Hyrox targets!
